Return Process Information
Easy4SSL offers a 100% refund guarantee within 30 days from the date of placing an order for any SSL certificate. Regardless of the reason for cancellation – whether you've found a better solution or simply changed your mind – we provide refunds. We will refund payments to their original source, accepting PayPal, Ipara, direct bank transfers, or providing a refund to your account balance for future purchases.
Requesting a refund is easy; all you need to do is log in to the Customer area, find your order, and click the Cancel Order button. Our administrators will review your cancellation request promptly.
Refunds for PayPal and Ipara are processed immediately. However, bank transfers might take a few days, depending on your bank's and country's rules. Please note that if the Certificate Authority (CA) cancels the SSL certificate due to reasons like a Man-in-the-Middle Attack or presenting fake documents during the verification process, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Refunds do not apply to LEI codes as they are issued for a minimum of 12 months without a cancellation option. We will refund LEI code orders if they are rejected by the LOU/GLEIF. TrulyTrust services are also not subject to full refunds.

PayPal + Credit Cards: We accept PayPal as it's one of the best and most popular global payment processing methods. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards to pay for our services or make a direct bank transfer. All refunds are processed immediately.
Ipara + Credit Cards: The Virtual POS service allows you to easily and securely make payments with your credit or debit card using the 3D protocol. After payment, your transaction will be processed instantly, and your product will be automatically approved.
Bank Transfer (SWIFT): Bank transfers are suitable for all our customers and partners. Receive an automatically generated PDF invoice with all company and bank details for each transaction in our system. Payments from within Europe take about 1-2 business days, and from other countries, it might take a bit longer. Send us payment confirmation for instant processing.
Chargebacks There are individuals who, after successfully receiving the ordered products, attempt to get a refund while engaging in fraudulent activities. In such cases, we suspend such accounts by canceling the SSL certificate. We might also alert other online SSL providers about your methods, preventing you from buying SSL from elsewhere. To reactivate your account, you'll need to settle the unpaid invoice and pay a $100 penalty.
